The Work You Will Do:
You will provide legal services to the different divisions within the Department under the direction of the General Counsel, the Deputy General Counsel(s), and Attorney Supervisor.

The Department's Office of General Counsel works closely with the Department's divisions and various program areas to provide legal assistance and advice that is responsive to the specific needs of the Department, division, or program area. The Office of General Counsel serves the entire Department in many different capacities including rendering legal advice and opinions to Department staff in the areas of Economic Development, Community Development, Workforce Services, Human Resources, Reemployment Assistance, and Finance and Administration.
