Minimum Requirements:

A high school diploma or its equivalent and six (6) years of professional or nonprofessional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, engineering, or administrative work; or A bachelor's degree (4 years) from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of professional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, engineering, or administrative work;

or A master's degree (6 years) from an accredited college or university can substitute for one (1) year of the required experience. Educational

Job Duties:

Serves as the Government Operations Consultant I within the Rural and Family Lands Protection Program (RFLPP), which acquires agricultural easements for working agricultural lands. This position requires the incumbent to be held to a high degree of responsibility and confidentiality, working independently with minimal supervision while handling applicant information for RFLPP. Incumbent must be able to maintain a good working relationship with many people and to adjust to changing work priorities as directed by their supervisor.

Incumbent must be computer software proficient and be able to meet deadlines. Maintain the Consumer Relationship Management system (CRM) and application portal by monitoring incoming applications and reviewing all submissions for completeness and accuracy. Upload and organize all application materials and supporting documentation, including letters of support, authorized representative formas, ownership transfer documents, and other required records.
