Metz Culinary Management - - Responsibilities:
Assist in plating, set up and tear down of dining areas, and serve in cafe/ outlets;
Assist in kitchen including prep, dish room, dry stock and sanitation;
Provide in-room meals and hospitality to patients and residents per dietary guidelines;
Support team in delivering restaurant-inspired hospitality in a contract dining setting;
