Linux System Administrator; Oracle Fusion Middleware​/Azure Kubernetes

Duration: 12-month contract

We are seeking an experienced Linux System Administrator to support enterprise systems, middleware, and cloud infrastructure. The role involves managing Linux servers, Azure Kubernetes Service, and Oracle Forms Fusion Middleware while ensuring security, reliability, and efficiency across the agency’s environment.

• Configure, manage, patch, and monitor Linux OS, middleware, and Kubernetes clusters.
• Support application deployments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain backups.
• Coordinate with security teams to safeguard systems and improve security practices.
• Automate tasks, enhance monitoring, and support CI/CD and Dev Sec Ops  processes.
• Collaborate with networking, system management, and development teams on infrastructure and deployments.
• Document processes, mentor junior staff, and provide excellent customer service.

• 5+ years of Linux administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Bash/shell scripting, YAML, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git Lab, networking, DNS, and Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work after hours/weekends when required.

• Elasticsearch/logging tools.
• Experience with regulatory or government environments.
