Job OverviewAs an OCM Administrator, you will coordinate and deliver change management strategies for FDOT's Office of Information Technology. You will work closely with IT project managers and technical teams to assess organizational impacts and develop stakeholder engagement plans. Your efforts will support projects like enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 to 5 years of business/industry work experience.
- 1 to 3 years of project or program leadership/management and/or change management experience.
- Knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) principles.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in IT project types such as enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Knowledge of industry concepts, practices relating to adult learning and instructional theories.
- Experience in developing stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans.
