What is in it for you? As an ETL Data Architect you will work on an Agile team building healthcare applications, ensuring best coding practices and impactful solutions.

• Architect and design scalable ETL solutions to support analytics, reporting, and operational data needs.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using Python and Spark on Databricks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all data flows.
• Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Lead data migration and integration efforts across legacy and modern platforms.
• Document data flows, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in data engineering.

• 12+ Years of relevant experience in data architecture and ETL development.
• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Remote (United States)

Estimated salary range: $140,000 to $155,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and location.
