Job Title – QA Lead
Role OverviewLead the quality assurance function by defining testing strategies, ensuring high product quality, and guiding a team of QA engineers to deliver reliable and defect-free software.
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers
- Oversee test planning, execution, and defect tracking
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure quality standards
- Drive automation, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- 6–10 years of experience in software testing or QA
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools
- Experience in test automation frameworks and tools
- Proven experience in leading QA teams
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
- Familiarity with performance and security testing
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
