• Lead and mentor a team of Spanish-speaking Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing AI training material
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
• Conduct QA reviews of business content across domains including finance, economics, policy, and e-commerce
• Provide structured performance feedback, coaching, and development support to your team
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering regular progress updates
• Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and analytical content in both Spanish and English
• Continuously refine processes to improve team efficiency and content quality

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish with professional proficiency in English
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading teams
• 3–6 years in business analysis, consulting, content strategy, or a related domain
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to evaluate logical soundness and accuracy
• Skilled at delivering constructive feedback and detailed annotations
• A clear communicator who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments
• Creative and lateral thinker who can approach complex business problems from multiple angles

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience

• Master's degree or advanced qualification in a business-related discipline
• Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or content review systems
• Background in case study writing, academic research, or business publishing
