Identity And Access Management Specialist

Required Qualifications:

Experience with IAM systems, including Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Identity Manager, or other IAM solutions (3+ years).

Experience managing roles, user permissions, and access across various applications and environments.

Experience monitoring system health, reviewing logs, and troubleshooting access issues.

Experience with security technologies such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and least privilege principles.

Experience with compliance standards and how IAM supports compliance reporting and auditing processes.

Must successfully complete a Level II Background Check.

Responsibilities:

Manage user accounts, including onboarding, offboarding, and updating access across systems and applications.
Configure and maintain access control tools, assigning roles based on job functions and security policies.
Create and manage user dashboards with relevant IAM metrics and visualizations.
Perform technical troubleshooting and ongoing user support for access-related issues.
Run reports and audit user access activities, ensuring traceability and compliance.
Collaborate with the Information Security team to implement security protocols and integrate with other IT systems.
Provide end-user training on identity and access management policies and tools.
