Business Analyst

The scope of this RFQ will include serving as a liaison between the business owners, contract manager, and the development team, coordinating and facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, translating information from meetings into written materials including mock-ups, meeting with stakeholders to discuss business processes, translating high level business requirements into functional specifications, and assisting with creating process flow models and documentation.

To accomplish the work outlined above, the customer requires an experienced business analyst with the following skills and experience listed below. Technical skills, written and verbal communication, and experience will be the basis for evaluation of responses to the RFQ.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Agile Software Development

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Requirements Gathering

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS)

• Minimum 5 years of experience conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with client stakeholders and subject matter experts.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in translating functional specification into technical specification from which programmers can construct the solution.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in translating the information from meetings and written materials into process models and/or process flow models.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in creating technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
