Remedy/Helix Product Architect
Job Location:
Tallahassee, FL
Job Duration: 7-month contract
Job Overview:
Consultant will upgrade Remedy from the on-premises version 9.1.04 to the on-premises version 20.02 and remediate related data.
Required Experience:
- Five (5) or more years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy/Helix installations, upgrades, configurations and development (relevant architecture experience)
- A bachelor's degree in one (1) of the computer sciences fields or in management information systems; or Five (5) years of work experience in IT, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, or program evaluation.
- Proficient in the English language
Preferred Qualifications:
- BMC Accredited Developer
- Experience with BMC Remedy/Helix data migration tools
- Experience with integrating Active Directory with BMC Remedy/Helix for role-based permissions and customer database updates
- Experience with BMC Digital Workplace and product catalog configuration, including workflow approvals
- Experience with migrating code and data into Remedy environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
