The Opportunity As a Senior Manager in Cybersecurity Strategy, Risk & Compliance within EY's Government & Public Sector (GPS) practice, you will serve as a Cybersecurity Lead for State and Local government clients, leading both business development and delivery across EY's cybersecurity capabilities. This role blends executive‑level cybersecurity advisory, strategy and delivery leadership, and business development ownership across highly regulated public sector environments.

For this role you must have Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
Master's degree preferred. Typically 8–12+ years of cybersecurity experience, including leadership roles spanning strategy, risk, compliance, and cyber program management. Experience leading large, complex cybersecurity engagements in consulting or advisory environments. Must have demonstrated experience supporting State and Local government clients Must be comfortable working in-person as needed Must be comfortable with travel Must be able to obtain/maintain a clearance should one be required Professional

Certifications:

One or more of: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCISO, CGEIT, CGRC, CCE
