Scope of Services:

Seeking for Business Analyst will work with business offices to ensure accurate and timely information for application provisioning through the SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) platform. Responsibilities include guiding business partners through onboarding, defining application attributes, and ensuring successful integration. The role involves documenting provision details, compliance controls, and identifying technical impacts of integration.

• Business Analysis:
  Research, process modeling, and use of MS Office tools.
• System Analysis & Design:
  Use of various modeling methodologies.
• Facilitation:
  Expertly facilitate workshops and meetings.
• Technical Understanding:
  Knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development.
• IAM Expertise:
  Experience with Identity & Access Management concepts.
• Compliance Frameworks:
  Familiarity with public sector compliance frameworks.
• System Integration:
  Ability to map functional requirements involving Service Now and SailPoint.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft products:
  SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to relate to stakeholders' needs and perform duties in the absence of staff.
• Ability to adjust to changing demands in a dynamic environment.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of business/systems analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in core Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Certified Scrum Master (SCM), Certified Project Manager (CPM), or Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desired.
• Experience in public sector compliance frameworks or large-scale ERP transformations is highly desired.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (BAP) is highly desired.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Dev Ops is highly desired.
• Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) is highly desired.

Education:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Communications, Information Systems, or related field. Equivalent work experience may substitute for the educational requirement.
