Full-time Primary Responsibilities Lead projects through initiation, planning, requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and transition to support. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of business analysts, architects, developers, quality assurance professionals, vendors, and client stakeholders. Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, issues, assumptions, and change requests. Facilitate project meetings, executive status reviews, planning sessions, risk discussions, and stakeholder communications.

Monitor project performance and provide accurate, timely status reports to leadership and client stakeholders. Ensure project deliverables meet approved business requirements, technical standards, contractual obligations, and quality expectations. Support testing, implementation readiness, training coordination, deployment planning, and post-production stabilization. Establish strong working relationships with business, technical, executive, and government stakeholders. Promote accountability, effective communication, and timely resolution of project issues and dependencies.
