Data Analytics Technical Director

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (JLL) seeks a Data Analytics Technical Director to lead advanced analytics solutions for global real estate, rental, and leasing clients. You will own data strategy and technical delivery across data pipelines, warehousing, and BI platforms, translating complex portfolio and leasing needs into clear, actionable insights. Partnering with cross-functional and client teams, you will build scalable dashboards, models, and tools that drive performance, sustainability, and investment decisions, while mentoring analytics talent and promoting innovation in a performance-driven, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of data analytics solutions for real estate and leasing portfolios
• Direct technical architecture for data pipelines, warehousing, and BI tools
• Translate business needs into analytical models, dashboards, and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused insights
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are met
• Mentor analytics engineers and analysts, building best practices
• Support sales and solutioning for new analytics opportunities
• Drive adoption of analytics and self-service tools across stakeholders
