Environmental Program Manager

Pro Sidian seeks an Environmental Program Manager for Environmental Consulting and Management Services. This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) position, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time Pro Sidian employed W-2 position. The role is located in Tallahassee, Florida, and supports the City of Tallahassee focused on environmental services.

Job Overview:

Provide services and support as an Environmental Continuing Services (Environmental Program Manager) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as City of Tallahassee (TLH) | Department of Environmental Services & Facilities Management generally located in Tallahassee
- Florida 32302 and across the Southeastern Region.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary environmental projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across all project phases.
• Manage stakeholder communication and regulatory negotiations.

Desired qualifications for Environmental Program Manager include:

• Demonstrates ability to lead large-scale projects.
• Experience with environmental reporting standards.

Education / Experience Requirements /

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Engineering, or similar; 7–10 years managing environmental programs.
• PMP certification preferred; experience with environmental management systems like ISO 14001.
