Maximum Client Bill Rate: $85-90 per hour

Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Service Now Project Manager to lead a large enterprise Service Now implementation for the Florida Department of Revenue.
This person will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of multiple phases of the Department's Service Now implementation and continued platform expansion.
This is a hands-on project leadership position working across business stakeholders, technical teams, Service Now resources, implementation partners, vendors, and executive leadership.
This position is on-site in the Tallahassee, Florida area. Remote work is not available. Required Experience Candidates must have:

• Minimum 7 years of enterprise IT project management experience
• Minimum 5 years managing Service Now implementation or Service Now platform expansion projects
• Experience managing complex enterprise technology projects with multiple concurrent work streams
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams
• Strong experience managing project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, scope, and communications
• Experience preparing and presenting executive-level project reporting
• Experience coordinating third-party vendors and implementation partners
• Experience working within Agile, Hybrid, or iterative project delivery environments

Service Now Environment The project will initially focus on:

• Incident Management
• Service Request Management
• Employee Center

The Service Now roadmap will continue to expand into areas including:

• IT Service Management, ITSM
• Case Management
• Configuration Management Database, CMDB
• Common Service Data Model, CSDM
• IT Operations Management, ITOM
• Reporting and analytics
• Platform governance
• Integrations
• Organizational change management
• Training and user adoption

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Service Now implementation and platform expansion
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
• Coordinate activities across technical teams, business groups, and external implementation partners
• Lead project meetings and executive status reporting
• Manage scope, risks, issues, assumptions, and project decisions
• Coordinate implementation activities with Service Now, vendors, and implementation partners
• Support governance activities and executive decision-making
• Coordinate testing, training, deployment and go live readiness
• Monitor project performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary
• Support stabilization and continuous improvement following implementation
• Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives, schedules, and quality expectations

Preferred Background The strongest candidates will have:

• Experience implementing multiple Service Now products or modules
• PMP certification
• Service Now certifications
• Agile or Scrum certification
• Enterprise digital transformation experience
• Executive dashboard and governance experience
• Organizational change management and user adoption experience
• Previous public sector, state government or government technology experience
