Project Manager – State Contracts & Procurement

Job Overview

Pay Range: $63.07hr - $68.07hr

• Experience working for a state health department.
• Experience creating, editing, or managing organizational contracts.
• High school diploma or higher.
• At least 1+ years of experience with the organization.
• At least 5+ years of experience working with procurement requirements processes and related regulatory frameworks.

• Provide and maintain a Project Manager and one Team Leader upon issuance of the Purchase Order.
• Provide ongoing technical assistance on the creation and management of contracts, including creating initial drafts of statements of work and tracking tools.
• Draft and submit required documentation to support contractual agreements as directed.
• Revise and resubmit documentation as directed by the organization.
• Coordinate and support activities to ensure that federal and state funding is used efficiently and effectively within established time frames.
• Work with the Budget Manager and executive staff to ensure that state purchasing guidelines are observed.
• Assist project managers and the management team in managing contracts and grants to ensure state and federal grant management and purchasing guidelines are enforced.
• Review, provide feedback, and assist with approving vendor invoices for payment.
