Project Manager, Operations Management, Product Engineer

We are seeking a Project Manager based in Miami to support selected luxury leather goods hardware development projects. The role is suited to professionals who understand complex physical-product projects and can coordinate product development, suppliers, engineering, quality, timelines, and manufacturing execution.

• Coordinate selected leather goods hardware development projects.
• Manage timelines, milestones, deliverables, and project documentation.
• Coordinate product-development, engineering, sourcing, supplier, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Track sampling and development progress.
• Identify risks affecting schedule, quality, production readiness, or delivery.
• Support client communication and development reviews.
• Coordinate product changes and approval requirements.

• Experience in project management, product development, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
• Experience in leather goods, accessories, precision metal products, luxury, or premium physical products is preferred.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong organization and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with international manufacturing partners is valued.

This is a remote, contract-based and project-oriented role supporting selected U.S. client and manufacturing-development projects.
