** Total Compensation & Perks*

** Base Pay:**  $27.72 - $39.60/hr (Calculated by years of experience)
** Premium Shift Differentials:
** Competitive rates for Nights and Mid-shifts.

** Sign-On Bonus:
** Up to  **$15,000
** for Night shift commitments.

** Key Responsibilities*
* +  
** Rapid Assessment:
** Triage and stabilize patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric.

+  
** Strategic Care:
** Develop and execute individualized care plans for a wide range of acute and critical conditions.

+  
** Case Management:
** Prioritize multiple high-intensity cases simultaneously with precision.

+

** Act as a central link between physicians, specialists, and families to ensure seamless care transitions and safe discharges.

** Qualifications*

* Experience:

** 1+ year of recent  
** Acute Care ER experience**  (Step-down or Critical Care experience will be considered).

** Licensure:
** Active, unrestricted RN license (Florida or Compact).

* Education:

** ADN or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred).

* Certifications:

** BLS (Required at start); ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (Required within 90 days of hire).
