About the Position
Join Our Team as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner
Are you passionate about empowering women and providing comprehensive reproductive healthcare? We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join a reputable outpatient clinic that values excellence and patient-centered care. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of OBGYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, and mental health professionals in a growing practice dedicated to improving women's health.
In this role, you will manage a diverse patient population, deliver outpatient antepartum and gynecological services, and perform procedures including IUD placements/removals and Nexplanon insertions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable treating a wide range of OBGYN patients within an outpatient setting and possess a proactive, compassionate approach to patient care.
Required Skills:
Active Florida Medical License
DEA registration
Proven clinical experience in women's health, particularly in outpatient obstetrics and gynecology
Proficiency with Athena EMR system
Skilled in IUD placement/removal and Nexplanon procedures
Excellent communication and patient management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have
Skills:
Bilingual abilities
Experience with additional contraceptive methods
Previous telehealth experience
Knowledge of current women's health guidelines and protocols
Preferred
Education and Experience:
Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher
Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in women's health
Other Requirements:
Availability to start as soon as credentialed (expected within 1-2 weeks)
Willingness to work Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
Full credentialing process, including licensing and DEA registration; client will cover all travel and licensing costs
Must be comfortable working with EMR Athena
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $66.83, with full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.
