- License/Certs: Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) board certification (No FNP or PNP accepted)
- Experience: 2+ years of NNP experience required; no new graduates or locum candidates
- Hourly Rate: $1.00/hour

- Provide high-quality neonatal care within a Level-III NICU setting
- Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and a multidisciplinary team
- Manage and monitor critically ill newborns and premature infants
- Support high-risk deliveries and neonatal transports from regional hospitals
- Participate in family-centered care and rounding with the healthcare team
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) efficiently, including Epic EMR systems
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
- Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) board certification (no FNP/PNP)
- Minimum of 2 years of NNP experience—no new grads accepted
- Current Florida RN license and NNP certification
- Experience in a Level-III NICU preferred
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
