What You’ll Do
  • Provide expert neonatal care for critically ill newborns in a Level-III NICU setting
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and hospital staff to deliver family-centered healthcare
  • Support high-risk deliveries and postnatal stabilization and transport of fragile infants
  • Manage acute and chronic neonatal illnesses, providing continuity of care
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team rounds and develop treatment plans
  • Educate families and support their understanding of neonatal health needs
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid NNP Board Certification (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
  • Ability to work 8-hour and 24-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
  • Experience with high-acuity neonatal intensive care
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Commitment to family-centered care
