- Provide expert neonatal care for critically ill newborns in a Level-III NICU setting
- Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and hospital staff to deliver family-centered healthcare
- Support high-risk deliveries and postnatal stabilization and transport of fragile infants
- Manage acute and chronic neonatal illnesses, providing continuity of care
- Participate in multidisciplinary team rounds and develop treatment plans
- Educate families and support their understanding of neonatal health needs
Required:
- Valid NNP Board Certification (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
- Ability to work 8-hour and 24-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with high-acuity neonatal intensive care
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to family-centered care
