Permanent - License/Certs: NNP Board Certified (no FNP, PNP) required
- Experience:
Minimum 2+ years' neonatal experience
- Pay package discussed upon application (Hourly Rate: $1.00)
- Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

- Provide neonatal intensive care in a Level-III NICU with 34 beds and 3,500 annual deliveries
- Collaborate with team of neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and hospitalists
- Manage high-risk newborns, including preemies and critically ill infants
- Participate in transport staffing for regional hospital transfers
- Deliver family-centered care alongside specialists in pediatric cardiology, endocrinology, neurology, and more
- Support the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Adhere to facility protocols and maintain high standards of safety and care
- Current NNP Board Certification (cannot accept FNP, PNP)
- Minimum of 2 years neonatal nurse practitioner experience
- Valid Florida license and active Florida DEA
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Ability to complete onboarding and training scheduled on set Wednesdays
