Complete the Operations Manager daily disciplines and manage promotions; educate Teammates and ensure signage is displayed appropriately.;
Lead onboarding and selection activities including monitoring hiring dashboards, setting up interviews, and completing onboarding with new teammates.;
Complete inventory reviews including year-end inventory.;
Receive freight boxes and store transfers; maintain shipment-related paperwork and handle returns/RTVs.;
Create and develop a visual merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
