Executive Compensation Analyst
(Scopely, Inc.; Culver City, CA) Build and run monthly and quarterly long‑term incentive and equity compensation expense and forecast models. Deliver automated flux and variance analyses, and translate insights into executive‑ready narratives for senior leadership. Develop automated dashboards that shorten close cycles, improve accuracy, and reduce manual effort. Liaise daily with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and HR to resolve data issues and advise on program design, communicating complex findings in clear business terms.
Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and develop training materials to upskill team members on new compensation analytics tools and best practices. Telecommuting permitted from within the U.S.

Minimum requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field, plus two (2) years of experience in the position offered or a related occupation.
- Executive or stock‑based compensation accounting and reporting
- SAS, SQL, VBA, and Power BI for large‑scale data automation and dashboarding
- Executing detailed and complex analyses and explaining drivers to senior stakeholders
$101,712 – $126,103 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
