Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) – Brand:
Value Pawn & Jewelry – Pay: $15–$16 per hour

We are looking for Retail Sales Associates / Customer Service Team Members to join us as a career—not a job—’ll receive a 5‑week paid training program, wage increases, and a clear career progression into Pawnbroker, Lead Pawnbroker, Assistant Manager, and beyond.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting in person and by phone
• Process sales, loans, and extensions
• Perform opening and closing store duties

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test (after conditional offer)
• Knowledge of pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus
• Sales background is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus
• Self‑motivated with a positive, outgoing personality and strong work ethic

Start as a Trainee with a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker after training. Earn an additional $1/hour through the Pawnbroker Certification Program and explore promotion to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader). Apply for Assistant Manager with a 6‑month training program to run your own store.
