Game Stop - 1500 Apalachee Parkway - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs, including recommending additional items;
Support store sales initiatives and the shopping environment during the holiday season;
Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and transferring products from stock room to selling floor;
Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals; address guest questions and escalate issues when needed
