Provide exemplary leadership for the store by driving the company culture and strategies, achieving targeted results, championing exceptional pet parent service and efficient execution of the store’s daily business;
Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating staff; managing staffing and scheduling; developing associates;
Oversee store operations including in-store and community events, inventory management, safety, and adherence to policies and procedures;
Communicate business and financial objectives to leaders and associates; manage store P&L, expenses, and budget; prepare reports and action plans
