Sales Supervisor & Sales Manager – Luxury Spa

We deliver high-end, results-driven aesthetic treatments in a high-touch, appointment-only environment. No walk-ins. No cold calls. Just high-intent clients and high-earning potential.

• Lead structured consultations with high-intent clients
• Support clients through their full aesthetic journey
• Capture photos, measurements, and treatment progress in our CRM
• Meet and exceed daily sales goals of $3,500+

• Manage and motivate a team of sales consultants
• Drive team performance with daily sales goals ($3,500+ per rep)
• Oversee a seamless, professional client experience
• Foster a performance-driven, client-first culture

• Base Salary: $2,500–$3,000/month (depending on experience and role)
• Tiered Commission:
• 4–5% on sales up to $3,500
• 6–7% on sales from $3,500 to $7,500
• 8–10% on sales above $7,500

• Have a strong background in sales (spa, medspa, luxury retail preferred)
• Communicate confidently, listen actively, and close with integrity
• Are motivated by high-ticket goals and consistent performance
• Are detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy (CRM experience a plus)
• Have a passion for aesthetics, wellness, and client results
• Are ambitious, self-driven, and focused on growth
• Perform best in a high-performance, goal-oriented culture
• Show up with energy, resilience, and a collaborative mindset every day
