Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair, including Electrical and Plumbing, A/C, Boiler, Heating Systems;
Perform make-ready repairs and ensure quality standards prior to resident occupancy;
Maintain on-call report and log of service calls;
Apartment Punch-Out:
Paint, Window Treatments, Appliances, Lighting, Toilet/Vanity Replacement and other duties as needed;
Prioritize work with residents' satisfaction in mind
