What You'll Do
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and start up commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
* Work on a wide range of equipment including RTUs, split systems, VRF, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and refrigeration systems.
* Perform advanced electrical and mechanical diagnostics.
* Install and commission new HVAC systems.
* Design and calculate duct systems, airflow, and heat gain/loss.
* Inspect systems for safety, performance, and code compliance.
* Provide technical leadership and support to junior technicians.
* Document service work and maintain accurate service records.
* Participate in emergency on-call rotation
Requirements
What We're Looking For
* Commercial or industrial HVAC experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise.
* Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
* Universal EPA Certification.
* Strong leadership mindset and professionalism.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Comfortable using tablets, apps, and service software.

Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, mechanical rooms, and confined spaces.
* Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working with tools throughout the day.
