Maintain the physical condition of the property according to The Scion Groups Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA and Industry standards;
Perform basic appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing/fixture repair, painting, and basic electric & lighting to prepare apartments for turnovers;
Document work performed and parts used; submit daily with notes on what was done and materials needed;
Promote good relations with residents, service staff, contractors, and management;
Complete preventive maintenance tasks and routine clean-up of repair locations or maintenance shop
