Commercial Building Maintenance Technician
Location:
Tallahassee, FL 32399 Duration: 6 Months Interview - In Person Only Onsite Pay Rate: $20/H W2
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent Must pass a level 2 background and MVR Commercial building maintenance experience Experience in maintenance and repair of buildings, plumbing, electrical, and/or mechanical equipment Skill in using tools and equipment in maintenance and repair work Ability to perform a variety of skilled trades functions Ability to install, maintain and repair electric motors, generators and other mechanical equipment Ability to take accurate measurements Ability to climb to install/repair equipment
