PositionSummary
The Audio Video Install & Service Tech is responsible for installing AV systems with professionalism in commercial and residential settings.
Duties and Responsibilities- Install, terminate, and test cabling.
- Perform commercial and residential installations.
- Understand and improve existing installation and troubleshooting procedures.
- Apply best practices for equipment troubleshooting and installations.
- Learn and train on multiple product lines.
- Execute service and job tickets through our database.
- Proficiently use Gmail, Apple iOS, Android, and web applications.
- Train to become certified on various systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Troubleshoot effectively and efficiently.
- Train customers and field staff on products.
- Manage parts and inventory.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work nights and weekends on a rotating on-call schedule.
- Professional conduct and positive attitude.
