Installer - Construction General Laborer

Alpha Foundations, a Groundworks Company, specializes in foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete solutions. We are hiring Installers (Construction General Laborers) in Monticello, FL to install these solutions for homeowners.

• Work on a high‑performance team serving customers in the local area.
• Travel around the area and work in customers’ homes installing our products and services under the supervision of trained professionals.
• Be a team player who will do whatever it takes to win for you, your team and the organization.
• Listen well and follow instructions closely.
• Perform daily hard work and know that effort is rewarded.

• Load and deliver materials from the warehouse to the work site.
• Set up and clean up tasks at the work site.
• Dig and back‑fill trenches or holes when necessary.
• Lifting heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous labor often under adverse conditions.
• Enter crawl spaces and other confined areas.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Valid driver’s license preferred, but not required.
