Performs electrical repair; lamp changing, light fixture repair/installation;
Performs plumbing repair: pump and fixture installations/replacements/repair, drain cleaning;
Maintains basic understanding of commercial equipment operation and maintenance procedures regarding heating, ventilating, and air conditioning;
Repairs the building; painting, wall repair, minor carpentry, floor repair;
Provides oversight to contractors and in-house staff to ensure preventive maintenance is carried out and aligns with corporate facility programs
