Starting Pay:
Based on experience Full-Time
Shifts:
Primarily weekdays with on-call rotation (some early mornings/evenings required)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinate foster care placements and develop individualized service plans
- Set and evaluate short- and long-term goals for each child
- Monitor and support foster families through regular visits and training
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and community professionals
- Respond to client emergencies and assist in reunification or aftercare services
Who We're Looking For:
- Master's Degree in Human Services or related field
- 1+ year experience working with children and families
- Ability to provide own transportation to complete travel requirements of job required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and pass an annual Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) check required
- Meet auto insurance requirements established by Boys Town policy and/or State and Local laws required
- Available rotationally to provide crisis response and must be available to work non-traditional business hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays required
Physical & Safety Requirements:
- Ability to work in high-stress situations and diverse environments
- Must travel to homes and community settings, including those with pets or poor living conditions
