Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver

Traveling By Faith Transportation Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate and reliable Non‑Emergency Medical Driver to join our team in the Tallahassee area.

As a driver for our company, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from medical appointments, hospitals and other healthcare facilities. This is a full‑time position.

Pay rate: $15.00 per hour.

• Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities in a timely manner.
• Provide assistance to patients as needed, such as helping them in and out of the vehicle.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of all passengers.
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers and team members.
• Maintain a professional image and attitude with patients, visitors and coworkers.
• Complete daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and keep the vehicle clean; report any maintenance issues and refuel the vehicle daily at the end of shift.
• Work 8–12‑hour shifts depending on the daily trip demand, with start times ranging from 4:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
• Dependably follow GPS‑coordinated routes, respecting all traffic laws.
• Meet physical requirements, including bending, pushing, pulling, kneeling, twisting, squatting and lifting as necessary.

• Comprehend and comply with the Traveling By Faith Transportation Services, LLC employee handbook.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record for three years.
• Age 23 or older (Insurance Requirement).
• Valid Florida driver’s license.
• Pass DOT physical, pre‑employment drug/alcohol screening and criminal background check (no felonies, no exceptions).
• No suspensions, DUI, or more than one moving violation or one at‑fault accident within the past three years.
• Have CPR/First Aid, PASS, Defensive Driving, FWA and HIPAA training; if not, complete within two weeks of employment.
• Be able to work some weekends.
