We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled QA Test Lead to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will lead a team of QA analysts and testers, develop test plans, and ensure product quality. • Leading a team of QA testers in designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases.
• Ensuring all testing activities meet the standards and requirements of the Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Conducting automated, functional, integration, and regression testing to identify system and software issues.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to understand product requirements and develop appropriate test strategies.
• Utilizing experience with Microsoft Dynamics to improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Performing ETL testing to ensure accuracy of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Identifying, tracking, and escalating issues as necessary, and working with the development team to resolve them.
• Providing regular reports on testing activities and results to stakeholders.
• Continuously improving QA processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and efficiency.

• Minimum of 6 years of QA testing experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven expertise in automated testing, functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is strongly preferred.
• Experience with ETL testing is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
