Job Title: Accountant

Salary: $70,000-$80,000

• Oversee financial tracking, accounting, and reporting activities for assigned grants and funding sources
• Monitor grant-related expenses and ensure compliance with grant agreements and funding guidelines
• Assist with accounting and reporting requirements for HUD and other federally funded programs
• Contribute to the preparation and support of the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Prior accounting experience, preferably within nonprofit organizations, grant-funded programs, or government-funded environments
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines and funding requirements
