Serpentini Chevrolet of Tallmadge is expanding our service team and looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our fast-paced, high-volume service department. If you're passionate about automotive repair and delivering top-tier service, we want to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections.
- Accurately document work performed and recommended services.
- Communicate with service advisors and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with training and certifications as required.
- Previous experience as an automotive technician (Chevrolet/GM experience is a plus).
- ASE certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive hourly and flat-rate pay based on experience and certifications
- Sign on Bonus up to $10,000 (based on qualifications; inquire for details)
