Key Responsibilities (Financial Analyst):

• Perform accounting and financial analysis activities while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

• Prepare journal entries and assist with the month-end close process.

• Complete monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet account analyses.

• Prepare financial statements and reporting packages for both divisional and corporate leadership teams.

• Analyze financial performance across multiple business units and locations.

• Support the consolidation and reporting of foreign currency financial results.

• Assist with quarterly and annual audit requests by preparing supporting schedules and documentation.

• Participate in the annual fixed asset audit process.

Qualifications (Financial Analyst):

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 4+ years of accounting and/or finance experience.

• Strong background in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.

• Prior audit experience is preferred but not required.
