Owens Corning is seeking an HR Lead at the Tallmadge, OH plant to provide strategic HR and business leadership. You will advise plant leaders on human capital, manage payroll, analytics, and HRIS, and develop talent using TPM methodologies.
You will coach leaders, drive employee engagement, ensure policy consistency, and partner with local colleges to build a skilled workforce. This role reports to the Regional HR Leader, Foam Insulation.
