• ERP & IQ Alert Management: Maintain and optimize the current IQMS/DELMIAWorks environment; develop and manage custom SQL alerts to meet specific departmental data and timeline requirements.
• System & Application Analysis: Collaborate with department users to identify data needs to be collected and the appropriate format to use for effective management reports, hardware solutions, and software workflows.
• EDI: Coordinate and manage the seamless input/output of data via EDI workflows.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide hands‑on technical support, troubleshoot program issues, and maintain data/program management.
• Training: Assist in developing and delivering training programs for users.
• Continuous Improvement: Assist in planning system developments and regularly evaluate existing data equipment/software for maximum efficiency.
