RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN RN/LPN:- Providing nursing care within their scope of practice
- Performing appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients
- Working cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care
- Any other job duties as assigned
- Must have an active Certification as an LPN/RN in the state of OH
- Experience preferred, not required
