The Fulfillment Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, safety, and quality of dietary supplement products throughout the fulfillment process.

• Conduct routine audits of order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, labeling, and shipping of supplement products
• Verify product accuracy, lot numbers, expiration dates, and packaging integrity
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and internal quality standards
• Identify and document errors, discrepancies, and non‑conformance issues
• Perform random and scheduled quality checks on outgoing shipments
• Monitor storage conditions to ensure supplements are handled according to safety and quality guidelines
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain detailed audit records and prepare reports for management review
• Assist in developing and improving quality control procedures and SOPs
• Support training efforts to reinforce quality standards among fulfillment staff

• No previous quality control experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and problem‑solve effectively
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

This role operates in a warehouse or fulfillment center setting, handling dietary supplements that require strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
