What You'll Do

As the Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting safety initiatives across our field operations, manufacturing, and service teams.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of company-wide Environmental Health & Safety programs.
  • Travel to customer job sites throughout the United States to conduct safety audits, observe work practices, provide coaching, and reinforce OSHA compliance.
  • Deliver equipment safety training for forklifts, aerial lifts, scissor lifts, and other equipment.
  • Document audit findings and ensure corrective actions are completed.
  • Monitor and track safety incidents, near misses, property damage, vehicle accidents, and workers' compensation records.
  • Submit customer-required safety prequalification forms and historical safety metrics.
  • Coordinate employee safety training, certifications, background checks, and compliance requirements.
  • Support emergency response planning, inspections, safety committee meetings, and regulatory reporting.
  • Assist with drug and alcohol testing programs, including serving as a Designated Employer Representative (DER).
  • Communicate new safety policies, procedures, and regulatory updates across the organization.
  • Conduct new hire safety orientation and ongoing monthly safety training.
  • Partner with leaders across multiple departments to strengthen our safety culture.
  • Assist with additional EHS initiatives and projects as assigned.
What We're Looking ForEducation & Experience

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Associate degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

OR

  • Two or more years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety, regulatory compliance, manufacturing, industrial operations, construction, utilities, or another fast-paced safety environment.

Preferred experience includes:

  • OSHA compliance
  • Safety program coordination
  • Customer safety prequalification systems
  • Compliance databases such as DISA
  • Industrial or field service operations
