We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Lead Generation Coordinator to join our Sales & Business Development team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers—generating qualified leads, identifying key decision-makers, and helping position SDMyers as the preferred solutions provider for electric power system reliability.

Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and online outreach.

Research and identify new target markets, prospects, and key decision-makers.

Reconnect with former and inactive customers to reestablish relationships.

Develop and execute creative campaigns to boost engagement during slower seasons.

Manage and respond to live chat inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional follow‑up.

Collaborate with the Sales team to qualify and hand off leads, track progress, and analyze results.

Maintain accurate and updated information in Salesforce CRM.

Analyze campaign data and provide feedback on marketing and prospecting effectiveness.

Prioritize activities to maximize results and identify high‑potential prospects.

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).

Experience in lead generation, inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong listening and questioning abilities to identify customer needs.

Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing a high level of daily activity.

Creative problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Professionalism, integrity, and reliability in all interactions.

Office-based role in a professional, low‑noise environment.

Standard business hours (Monday–Friday).

May require occasional lifting of materials up to 25 lbs.
