Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and production equipment
Diagnosing electrical issues involving motors, sensors, controls, wiring, and electrical panels
Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems, including conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, and hydraulics
Performing preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and prevent equipment failures
Identifying recurring equipment issues and helping implement long-term corrective solutions
Supporting equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
Responding to equipment breakdowns and working efficiently to restore operations
Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documenting repairs and completed work Following established safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements
Working closely with production, engineering, and other team members to improve equipment reliability and overall operations
What We're Looking For We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician who knows their way around manufacturing equipment and takes pride in keeping things running safely and reliably.
Qualifications:
Hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
Experience working with manufacturing machinery, controls, motors, sensors, and production equipment
Working knowledge of conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, and other industrial mechanical systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals
Experience diagnosing equipment failures and identifying root causes—not just treating the symptoms
Understanding of preventive maintenance practices and equipment reliability
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot independently
Safety-focused approach with an understanding of proper maintenance and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures
Self-starter mentality—you recognize problems, take ownership, and work toward a solution
Dependable, team-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with production and maintenance teams
Several years of relevant industrial maintenance experience preferred
